Nursery Services
Shandon provides nursery services for young children during the 8:45 a.m. & 11 a.m. worship services, and Sunday School classes for all ages from 9:45 -10:45 a.m.
EXTENDED CARE SCHEDULE
The Children's Ministry at Shandon continues to grow—just count the rosebuds and baptisms! As our numbers increase so does our need for volunteers. It is the congregation's responsibility to teach and show the children God's love and to provide a safe environment for our children. If you like to help us once a quarter, provide that care and get to know the youngest of our Shandon family, contact Deborah Goodwin, Children's Ministry Director.
Shandon is committed to maintaining a safe environment in which children and youth are nurtured and instructed in the faith, and protected from abuse and neglect, particularly sexual and physical. Our Child Protection Policy has, as its goals, to protect children and youth in church programs, to educate worker and care givers concerning abuse issues, and to protect staff and volunteers, as well as the church as a whole, from potential wrongful accusations of abuse or neglect.
