Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is a confidential one-on-one relationship between client and Guide. Clients explore their personal spiritual formation and growth and their prayer life. Clients may examine their total life in relationship with God and receive guidance in prayer practice and listening for the stirring of God's Spirit.
Spiritual Direction is not a time to address crisis in one's life that more appropriately needs the focused attention of counseling or therapy.
